These comics have been in storage for decades.  They are in very good shape (or better, I think) with minor signs of wear.  Issue #1 has a spot on the top of the back cover as shown in the photo.  Issue #2 has a turned corner on the back cover.  I am not a grader so be sure to check out the pictures very carefully to determine your own sense of value.  Let me know if you have any questions or if you need additional photos.
