This is a Die-Cut Vinyl Sticker which can be applied to virtually any clean relatively smooth surface.
Vinyl decals have no clear or colored background. (white is cut out and clear in image)
Transfer tape is used to transfer the design to any non-porous, smooth surface.
Finally, you remove transfer tape, leaving only the design behind.

- They are outdoor permanent vinyl
- Vinyl has a durability rating of up to 5 years (of course that is dependent on direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions).
