RETURNS
If your parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, please take photos prior to opening. If you wish to return your item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.
SHIPPING
We ship by Canada Post sttandard, non-tracked letter mail shipping with the purchaser paying the cost of shipping. If you are purchasing more than one item please don't pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible.
Tracking is NOT included in the shipping cost but is strongly encouraged for our mutual peace of mind. Tracked shipping is available at the buyer's request and expense
We do our best to ship within 3 postal business days of receiving payment but are trying to limit our trips to the post office to twice weekly. Delivery date estimates are just that, factors beyond our control can cause parcels to arrive later than estimated. Due to constant issues with postal systems we no longer ship to Brazil, China, Russian Federation, Middle East and other areas excluded by Canada Post as well. if you don't see a shipping cost please confirm with us whether we are able to ship to your location.
