WE SHIP SUPER FAST! - We usually ship with 1 business day of your order, BUT - SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. We will provide tracking number for your order. USPS may not always scan your package at each location so it might seem like it isn't moving but that is usually not be the case and will only update once it's actually delivered.

FREE Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $0.00 for shipping in the continental US. Shipping will be via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and the shipment time is generally 1-4 business days depending on your location. We ship your order out the same or next business day upon receiving cleared payment.

Non Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $12.00 for shipping in the non continental US. General USPS shipping estimates do not apply to these locations!  Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment time is 3-5 days.   Non continental US destinations and territories outside the Continental US include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc. UPS is not available to non continental US locations.   APO shipments are not trackable per US military mail. We require insurance on all APO shipments. APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21 business days.   

International shipping - International shipping is calculated shipment cost based on your location and you have a choice of USPS Express mail International or USPS Priority mail International. All  international shipping rates are quoted using Priority and Express mail International and general delivery time for International shipments is estimated at 5-10 business days.  Predator Group policies prohibit us from shipping to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, North Korea, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan and United Arab Emirates. If you live in one of these countries, please do not bid on this item since we are prohibited from shipping there. This is Predator and Poison Group policy to the countries listed above in blue.

International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Returns - On rare occasion the need to return an item occurs. With your return, you must include the original invoice that was included with your shipment. Please write a brief description on the invoice as to why the item is being returned.  Before returning the item, please contact us to discuss the return first. In your email, please include your name, shipping address and specific item(s) that you wish to return and reason for the return.  

Return policy - We will take back any new and unused item and issue your Money back or exchange (buyer's choice) within 30 days from the date that you received the item. The only reduction in the refund will be the shipping and handling fee.  If the item price included shipping, the hard cost shipping that we paid will be subtracted from the amount you paid to determine the total refund.  There is no reduction for shipping and handling if we are replacing an item that did not arrive to you correctly.
