We are always open to reasonable offers on our buy it now items. Please contact us before you bid if you have any questions. Once you have placed a bid, we consider any concerns to have been addressed. If you do not intend to submit payment at the time of purchase please contact us before you bid. Ontario residents will be charged HST and residents of some other areas will be charged sales tax. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

RETURNS

If your parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, please take photos prior to opening. If you wish to return your item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

SHIPPING

We are no longer able to ship metal items by Canada Post standard, non-tracked letter mail as they are being returned by the postal system. We have switched to small packet air mail for international shipping. Often we're able to ship up to 3 items of this type/size for the same price. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping. If you don't see a shipping cost we may not be able to ship to you. If the cost seems high, the calculator isn't always accurate. We're happy to answer questions whenever we can. If you are purchasing more than one item please don't pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible.
Tracking is NOT included in the shipping cost but is strongly encouraged for our mutual peace of mind. Tracked shipping is available at the buyer's request and expense. We do our best to ship within 3 postal business days of receiving payment but are trying to limit our trips to the post office to twice weekly. Delivery date estimates are just that, factors beyond our control can cause items to arrive later than estimated.
