Our company has been in business for 15 years with both a brick and mortar retail location in the heart of South Beach and online presence. Our customer service staff is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We strive to provide the best service on Ebay. Our main concern is your satisfaction.
We ship to all locations worldwide. Continental United States, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are subject to United States domestic shipping rates.
UPS service is not available to non-continental states.
International items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges subject to your country's laws and customs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer to investigate such costs.
Consult your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be, prior to bidding or buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when the item is picked up. These are not considered additional shipping charges.
We are not able to under-value merchandise or label the item as a gift on customs form. Doing so would be in violation of U.S. and international laws.

International buyers can expect parcel arrival within 15 business days; however, delays of up to 30 days have been known to occur depending on the country's postal service.
Slow delivery times have been reported by some buyers in the following countries: Russia, Spain, and various Eastern European countries.
If you require your package to arrive as soon as possible, you may upgrade the shipping to Express Mail International through the USPS.
For orders being shipped to temporary stay addresses - such as hotels - we are not liable for failure to receive items in cases of late, or lost, shipping.
We accept PayPal as payment methods for any domestic transaction.
Packages destined to Florida are charged an additional 7% in sales tax according to state law.
International payments must be submitted through PayPal to guarantee safety of the transaction.

We are committed to your absolute satisfaction. We will gladly exchange or refund any items, within 14 days of their delivery, if the purchase does not warrant your 100% satisfaction.
Contact SobeDigital Customer Service to obtain an RMA number before returning any items. Shipments received by SobeDigital without an RMA number will not be accepted.
For exchanges or refunds, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, including: the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories and documentation.
Multiple-item purchases with missing products will only be partially refunded for the value of the missing item(s).
Missing or damaged packaging and/or instructions will be refunded for the amount of the item minus a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are, in some cases, the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after receipt of the returned item(s).
Please allow up to 2 business days for returns to be processed.
Shipping and handling charges for international orders are not refundable.
Please refer to your particular product's packaging for manufacture warranty terms and conditions.
After the 14 day return and exchange period has elapsed, product warranty claims should be forwarded to the manufacturer. The complete warranty information is included with the product.
