For sale here is Ultimate Comics All New Spider-Man #5 from 2012, this issue features the origin of Miles Morales's black and red suit and is the first time that he becomes the all new spider-man.

This issue is in Very Fine+ condition with only visible wear being a few spine ticks, some cover indentations and wear to the top and bottom left corners. See the high res pictures for details.

The pictures are of the actual items being sold. 

All comics come individually bagged and boarded and shipped in a flat box with an extra sheet of cardboard protecting the front cover.
