As soon as your order arrives, in order to ensure warranty claims are processed successfully, please follow the steps below
1. Once your delivery package arrives, carefully open & check each carton instantly in front of delivery driver2. If you see any damage due to shipping mishandling, report immediately to driver and take instant PHOTOS on your mobile
4. Sign receipt for driver after noting damage somewhere on his/her records
5. Email us photos and we’ll process your claim within 1-2 business days
6. Brand new replacement wheel/s will get shipped out immediately completely FREE of charge including shipping to your door
