For sale are 5 Monthly Model builds which were available exclusively at Lego Store locations holding the monthly build sessions you could only attend by signing up in advance. The release dates for this lot span from 2012 to 2014.  Each model was only available on the one day of the month it was released to be built.  This listing is for all five sets.

Each set is in "like new" condition -- built once, deconstructed and put into storage, and then built a second time to confirm completeness and take photos for listing on eBay.  Instructions can be found online places like LegoMiniBuilds.wordpress.com  An inventory of the sets is below, totaling approximately 199 pieces:
