In festive colours of green, red and gold, this beautiful card is inspired by
 the 12 musical angels that surround the central panel of the Madonna and child
 in the Tabernacle of the Linaioli;  a marble shrine with paintings by Fra Angelico, c. 1433.
Fra Angelico was an Italian painter in the Early Renaissance, described
by Vasari as having "a rare and perfect  talent.  
High quality card with a smooth glossy finish.
  Large card, size - 21.5cm x 10.5cm approximately.
Inside greeting reads:-
 "With Christmas Greetings and all Good Wishes for the New Year."
Supplied with a quality white envelope, and cellophane wrapped.

Winged Angel playing a Trumpet - Fra Angelico,  (c. 1395-1455), Tabernacle of the Linaioli - 
literally "Tabernacle of the Linen Manufacturers", is a marble shrine designed by Lorenzo Ghiberti, 
with decorative paintings by Fra Angelico, dating to 1432-33.
It is housed in the National Museum of San Marco, Florence, Italy.
