DELIVERY DETAILS

- ※- Commodities will be sent to all the Countries all over the world. Please make sure that your address and contact information are correct when you place the order.

Note: please kindly leave us your full name and telephone number and your Physical Address ( home or office address) but not PO Box/APO/FPO address, 

because the express ( DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) company do not accept that. Products will be carefully checked before shipping.

-※- Order handling time: Generally, items will be shipped out in 1-2 working days (item location: Germany) or about 5 days (item location: China) after payment received. 

The delivery time varies from your addresses. Please refer to the estimated time, when you place the order. 

If the pacakge hasn't delivered on time because of some uncontrollable reasons, your understanding will be sincerely appreciated.

- ※- Should any delay happen due to logistic company and local customers or duties, we will inform via message or email immediately and your understanding will be highly appreciated.

- ※- All items in our shop have warranty and return. We have checked and ensure all our items are in good condition before shipping. 

If there is any problem with the items, please contact us via e-Bay messages first, before you open a return or case. Thank you for your understanding.

- ※- If the products have quality problems, we will make a refund or send you repalcement, or offer repair service depending on the products and conditions.

If the products are damaged by incorrect operation or opened and repaired privately, buyers would be responsible for the cost on return shipping.

- ※- Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All the returns because of buyer's private reasons, Shipping costs should be borne by buyers.
