This is a 17 inch steering wheel from a late Jaguar saloon, but not certain of year and model. the differnce is the way horn mechanism attaches, so there are different tapped holes to attach jorn mechanism. I have shown parts diagram from 3.4,same as 2.4 MKI; also a 4.2 MKX. All column splines are the same , so this will fit on MK1, but is 2 spoke not 4 spoke. NOTE, if you have a big belly, I also sell a similar 16 inch on another ad. Photos show it on a 60's steering column The steering wheel has a few very fine cracks, mainly on back, but overall appearance is good. it has slight weathering from the sun; the solution, is to wetsand it with progressively finer grades of wetsandpaperm from 600 to 1200, then polish with fine white polishing compound. this is available from auto paint stiores, but surprisingly I have found it in Wal mart, next to the car wax.. . Rate given is an ESTIMATE and may not be correct. Thank you. James Dean, thejaguru. Please inquire for details 1954 JAGUARS or 1954JAGPART
