We do our best to provide you with the best quality and try to give you the
best represented pictures for all our items. They may also contain
manufactured flaws which may have gotten overlooked or we are unaware
of. Many of our new items are retail shelf pulls meaning
products or items that have been taken off store shelves to make room for
changing or new inventory; this also could include damaged
packaging. Because of this you may find some packaging damages
such as scratches, dents, taped, wear or even missing packaging. It is
important to know this wear or lack of, affects only the packaging and not the
product itself or otherwise it will be stated in the description. All Opened
packaging is check for quality any defects are listed in condition description.
For new products they are often still in sealed packaging. For
pre-owned items they too may still be in sealed packaging and in new condition,
but they will be marked pre-owned or used. If it is clothing or
shoes, fit may vary depending on construction, materials and
manufacturer. Measurements are reference purposes only. Make sure to
measure yourself before ordering. Clothing colors may vary slightly
depending on lighting and equipment.

Our handing time has changed to Two days on items paid at
time of order. We do our best to process your order the day it
is received, unless it is received as indicated below (*). We have
notice that some delivery times have taken a little longer than estimated and
we do watch our tracking #’s very closely and try to resolve the issue as soon
as possible. Estimated delivery times by the Ebay system maybe longer
within the US at this time. Please also be aware that all items that
ship to AK or HI your shipping time maybe/will be longer than estimated by the
Ebay system. We are deeply sorry for any inconvenience that this may
cause and hope that you will continue to shop with
us during this small set back.
*All orders placed after 3pm on any given day of the week
will be processed the next business day. *Business days are
Monday-Friday*.
Cancellation
of Orders:
If an order has been placed in error it must be
canceled within one hour of purchase, you must send a request of cancellation
on the eBay platform. If it has been more than an hour since your
purchase, you will still need to contact “US” the seller and ask to have
it canceled. In both cases, we (the seller) can either accept or decline your
cancellation request. Orders cannot
and will not be canceled if a tracking number has been issued. Please
contact Seller through Ebay Platform for further instructions.
If we the “sellers” agree to cancel your order, we have 10
days to refund you through the same method you used to pay. It usually
takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with
a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card
provider.
