You are looking at a "BADGER METER 1" MODEL 70 ABSOLUTE DIGITAL ENCODER 64501-011 WATER METER NEW." The Water Meter has some very minor signs of shelf wear such as some light scratches and marks, which are visible in the photographs provided. It could use a light cleaning. It measures approximately 2 1/2" tall for reference. The bottom side of the meter is a copper color. The Water Meter has not been installed, but does have some visible dust and marks on it from being in storage for some time. 



For this specific model, they do have the number (1109) above the model number. We are not sure if this number has any significance in determining a type or something along the lines of that.
