This bamboo is a rare find!  A beautiful russet / mahogany cane with reddish sheaths.  Very straight and upright growth.  The canes will emerge green and then in the winter, when temperatures drop to near freezing, many of these canes will turn a brick red or mahogany color.

Height will reach 30+ feet with 1.5 inch diameter canes.   Hardy in zones 6 through 11.  The bamboo readily accept both full sun and deep shade.  Once establish after the first year, moderate water is acceptable.

The plants are growing in 1 gallon pots.  The pots will be removed and the root ball package to retain moisture.  Your plants are guaranteed to arrive safely and alive.
