Vintage 1980's original oil pastel portrait painting.  Very well done with nice lines and good technical skill.  Medium is oil pastels on paper done in an Impressionist style. 

Signed "Gargiulo" in the TOP right hand corner.  Painting is matted ~ Worthy of further research.

In Good overall condition.  Exhibits gentle toning, wear and few faint surface scuffs.  painting has no creases.  Worthy of framing.  Eye catching.  Displays very nicely.
