Description : Adjustable fit back support helps stabilize and support the lower back region and adds lift to the abdominal area.. Constructed of thick, high quality elastic with velcro closures and an extra elastic abdominal belt which allows you to adjust the fit for optimal comfort. Ten inch back height (Twelve inch for men's) with an additional overlapping belt that adds lift to the abdominal area. Plastic stays (bars) are built into the back and sides, as well as, 2 removable Aluminum stays (bars) to provide additional support if needed, all which help prevent the belt from rolling. Helps stabilize and support the lumbar region. Easy to wear under most clothing. Hand wash. Color: White

Indications: Indicated for moderate low back pain, lumbar muscle weakness, lumbar sprains/strains.

Application:
  1. First time:Open back supporter and lay flat on bed or on flat surface you can lay on. (Curved side bottom, Straight side top)                  You can put on standing up, if and when, your comfortable with putting the supporter on the right place on body.
    (Note: optional metal stays (bars) may be removed at this time from back panel if needed or to launder product and the openings for aluminum stays (bars) should be facing upward )
  2. Grasp the sides of the supporter after laying the small of back in the center of the supporter.
  3. Pull left side firmly across abdominal region, repeat for right side and secure the velcro
  4. Thread strap through buckle and secure.
  5. Adjust to desired tension level, making sure not to over tighten.

Cleaning and Care: Close all contact closures. Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Product should be air-dried. Do not use high temperatures to wash or dry.
