WHAT TO KNOW-The lamp's height can be modified between 33 inches to as low as 4 inches over the surface of your table or bench. It has an outward reach of up to 42 inches. The lamp weighs approximately 6 and a half pounds and is very portable, and the clamp opens up to 2.5 inches wide. It only takes up two inches of desk or shelf space. The Lightview works only with 110v outlets but is safe to use in 220v outlets with a 220v-110v voltage converter. | EASY OPERATION AND SET UP-Coming in just two separate pieces, with an included instructional diagram, the Lightview Pro is very easy to put together. Just set the clamp up securely to your working surface and seat the light in the socket; no additional tools necessary! The lamp is plugin operated. Just plug it in, flip the switch, and you're ready to go. The power button is just an easy On/Off switch located just on the lamp's head near the bottom of the lens.
