Several knives in stock, each knife is unique.

Two advantages of a damask steel knife:

- Contaminants that are in the steel are distributed over the piece of steel, so that the weak spots disappear. The crystal structure of the steel is also refined by forging. This makes it possible to make knives that break much less quickly.

- During the making of damask steel, the steel is heated in a fire. The steel absorbs carbon from the fire and by folding it each time, the carbon is distributed throughout the steel. The carbon makes it possible to harden the steel.

Treating damask knives with a layer of oil or wax after use extends the lifespan for years of pleasure.
