Noted Midwestern Folk artist John Schoolman created this Cane with the Indiana State Song, ON THE BANKS OF THE WABASH, FAR AWAY, carved into it and painted geometric designs/images in colorful oil paints.  This came from a small collection I purchased of 3 barn wood panels and a few canes.  Please see articles I posted in pics.
