All our items are genuine. They are all authentic, brand new and sealed but only if the manufacturer seals them. 

It will state on our listing title if it is sealed i.e.  

GENUINE NEW & SEALED. 

All our items are sent out by Royal Mail and you can choose from first class recorded delivery or second class recorded delivery. 

You will be provided with tracking number once posted out

Any delays or missed deliveries is down to the royal mail and you will find redelivery slot on the website when you track and trace it.

We post new orders out every day 

If you order and pay for your fragrance before 11 am your parcel will be sent out that day  

If you order after 11 am on a Friday your parcel will not be sent out until Monday morning.  

If you wish to change the delivery address then please enter the correct address when at the PayPal checkout or email me the address you wish it to be sent to

Our hours of opening are Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm but you can email us out of hours and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

We do accept returned items BUT they must still be sealed and not tampered with in any way. They are to be sent back recorded delivery. 

You will find returns labels when you go through the return process on eBay 

Once we have received the items back, you will then receive a full refund
