You are looking at a "SPACERAIL GLOW IN THE DARK LEVEL 3, 231-3, 16,000 MM RAIL, OPENED FOR PICS, NEW." The Set does not appear to have any visible signs of shelf wear or damage as the bags remain factory sealed in their original packaging, which is visible in the photographs provided. It could use a light dusting. The box has some visible signs of shelf wear such as some worn corners and edges, creases, and some light marks. We would not recommend this to someone who is intending to mainly collect this as the box is NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION. There are some edges and corners that the color has faded off. The box was sealed, but we opened it to be able to ensure everything inside is as it should be.
