Rare opportunity to purchase a Vintage Yves Saint Laurent wedge sandal purchased new by a family member. Purchased sometime in the 1970's, featuring snake skin like outer lining on the leather straps. Main front strap has the snake skin surrounded by a natural colored leather. Rear strap is the snake skin over the leather with a metal buckle.
Shoe size is US 6.5 M, with a 3.5" heel height measured at the back of the shoe.
It is in relatively good condition considering its age and as the shoe has relatively little wear. Noticeable flaws include the outside of the rear straps some fine line cracking in the front white leather straps. Insole is in good condition with some darkening of the leather from use and with the YSL logo showing little wear. Bottom outer sole is in shows wear but is in good condition. Overall, the shoe presents itself very well, especially for its age. Made in Italy. If you need any other pictures, or have any questions, please inquire before purchasing.
