Several sports teams have had special edition PEZ dispensers issued.  In 2001, a Philadelphia Phillies Baseball, Minnesota Twins Baseball, and Orlando Magic Basketball were released.  2002 saw the release of the following sports promos: Philadelphia KIXX Soccer Ball, Washington Wizards Basketball, New Jersey Nets Basketball, Columbus Clippers Baseball, NY Yankees Baseball, Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball, Chicago Cubs Baseball.  Several sports teams have used the Charlie Brown Character or Snoopy character for sports promos. 

The NCAA got into the act in 2006 with 8 college Footballs and 2 college Basketballs.  This has been followed by 19 more footballs and 7 more Basketballs.
