At Sentiments in Silk we create artificial silk flower arrangements for every occasion. We are experts in creating handmade & bespoke Wedding flowers, Funeral tributes & memorials, Gifts, and arrangements for the Home or Office. We offer a personal service to suit your individual requirements 

OUR PRODUCTS: 

All our items are weather resistant so will last longer than fresh flowers. They are all hand made & bespoke and we offer colours and styles to suit your needs.  Artificial Flowers are very realistic and add a touch of colour and beauty 

PERSONALISATION: 

With many of our items you can add a personal touch, with a name or short message, attached to a sash ribbon to match your colour scheme. Don't worry if you can't find the words to say we can add something for you. We may also be able to add a poem, picture or logo to some items, so just ask. We can provide blank message cards for you to write a personal message or, if you like, we can print and laminate them for you. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

When ordering your goods please confirm your colour preferences and the name or personal message required (Remember to check your spelling as mistakes cannot be rectified once created).  If you have a specific base colour request let us know otherwise we will use the best match.  Base colour = Main body colour. Spray = flower cluster usually in corners or centre. Ribbon = edging ribbon and name sash. 

As all items are handmade, to your requirements, we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or simply don't like the finished product so please be as specific as possible when ordering.

Please let us know the date required to ensure we dispatch your order in time. (Please allow for normal postal delays in peak times, bank holidays or circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays once your order is dispatched)

FREE DELIVERY: 

Delivery is FREE for all mainland UK addresses ONLY.  All other destinations, including some parts of Scotland and Ireland, may incur minimum additional charges. Please check BEFORE placing your order 

RETURNS: 

We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a VALID reason, not specified above, and ONLY if returned in the same condition and content they were dispatched in.
