Including all boxes paperwork cables etc, Any item not returned in original shape will not be refunded. We do not accept returns after 30 days. Manufacturers warranties cover from that period forward and must be dealt with thru the manufacturer 

RETURN POLICY: 

Before returning any item to us you must first call us to get a RMA. 90% of our returns are because the customer is unfamiliar with the product, which we can assist with. We can remedy most issues over the phone and or do a item replacement via phone without opening a return. If you return any item to us without RMA or trying to solve the issue with you, you will be charged an automatic restocking fee of up to 20%
