A double scale model is now available for PAL-COFFEE. Recommended if you want to see both Brix% and TDS%.
Since it is possible to measure with a high resolution of 0.01% with two decimal places, it is possible to manage even a slight difference in concentration of coffee extract. Stable measurement is possible even in the high temperature condition of freshly extracted.
