The issue is from a smoke free home in Very Good+ condition with the main wear along the top and right of the front cover, some cover tanning and staining and a 1 inch spine split on the top and 1.5 inch spine split on the bottom of the spine. Staples are firmly attached, please have a look at the high res pictures.
The pictures are of the actual item being sold.
All comics come individually bagged and boarded and securely shipped with an extra sheet of cardboard to protect the cover.
