For sale here is Y The Last Man #1 CGC graded 8.5 with white pages. Comic looks in much better condition, could easily press up to 9.2 or 9.4.

The issue is in Very Fine+ condition, independently graded by CGC. The case is overall very clean. There is a 1 inch scratch on the right bottom corner of the back of the case.

The pictures are of the actual items being sold.
