If you would like to add insurance and/or signature confirmation, please request insurance and signature confirmation before making your payment. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

For returns not due to our error, we refund purchase price less a 20% restocking fee to cover transaction costs, plus our original shipping cost after buyer returns the item in original condition accompanied by a valid RMA number issued by House of Fine Linens.

Bedding items must be returned unopened, in original sealed packaging and all tags must remain affixed. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on opened bedding packages.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned items that do not comply with the above requirements will be refused upon delivery, a refund will not be issued and will be returned to you at your expense.

Items valued at over $75 must be returned with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we will not be able to cover you.

If a return is due to our error we refund original purchase price and shipping, as well as pay return shipping.

Where does your merchandise come from?

We offer designer brand and luxury bed linens at deeply discounted prices. We buy and resell liquidation merchandise from high end department stores. Most of our items are overstock, others may have been a shelf-pull. In an attempt to keep shelves looking neat, stores remove such items from the shelves and sell to resellers like us.

How do I pay for an item?

House of Fine Linens on Ebay accepts e-checks and credit card payments through Ebay Managed Payments from buyers with confirmed addresses.

I have paid for the item. Now what?

It is our goal to always ship items as quickly as possible. We ship on the day the payment is made. Tracking number will be automatically provided to the email address registered with Ebay. The tracking number will not work until AFTER the item has shipped. Items paid for on weekends will ship on Monday.

Do you charge sales tax?

Can I return an item?

House of Fine Linens offers a 30 day return policy. To set up a return. Ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and restocking fees). After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to your Ebay Managed Payments acct excluding shipping and restocking charges. If shipping was FREE then the actual shipping fee paid to ship the item(s) to you will be deducted from any refund. We do not accept returned items that have been used or laundered. Items returned must be in their original condition and sealed packaging and will be subject to a restocking fee. We sometimes suggest if something doesn't match, the buyer could resell it on Ebay ~ the ultimate return policy.

The type of merchandise we offer varies greatly and changes from day to day. We have no way to know what we will get each day. This makes it impossible for us to find different sizes, colors or models. Bottom line: If we have it, it's listed on Ebay, always at a reduced price.

Does the item include everything in the photo?

Could you please describe the color of this item in more detail?

No, for two reasons: Color is highly subjective and may vary in different lighting situations. It may be a good idea to see things in person in the dept store or view a catalog whenever possible since colors may vary from monitor to monitor depending on their settings. If colors are mentioned in a listing, the information came directly from stores description.

Can the items I purchase be returned to the retailer?

Absolutely not. As a matter of fact, many of the items are marked or may have a label removed to prevent returns.

What if my item is damaged or lost in shipping?

Items shipping FedEx Ground are automatically insured up to $100.00 free of charge. Unfortunately we are unable to insure Free or Economy Shipping. If you choose FedEx Ground and the item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours. If you choose Free or Economy shipping and the item is lost or damaged, our hands are tied. Why are shipping fees high?

Shipping is determined by weight and size of package from our zip to your zip and price is determined by the carrier. As a curtesy we offer free shipping with FedEx SmartPost
