Returns & Refunds:

•We stand by the items we sell and will issue a full refund including shipping charges on any defective item. Please note; photos of the item, packaging, serial numbers or product identifiers may be required in order to guarantee a full refund.

•Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. 

• SOFTWARE/ELECTRONIC MEDIA: Returns are not accepted on any factory-sealed software/electronic media that has been opened/used.

• NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: We understand that our customers may change their mind after purchasing a product. We will accept returns on these orders, although the shipping charges and a restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.

•If the item is returned in a different condition as when received, additional fees may apply.

Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age.  That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire.  If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.  In the event that I do miss something with words, I provide you with plenty of pictures to be included as part of the description.
