We are a pet-friendly animal-loving home and try our VERY best to ensure our fur babies have not left any hairs on items purchased by our buyers.

Our store inventory is mainly kept in totes in our "warehouse", (a converted room in our basement), behind closed doors.

Please forgive us if you get at "Lucky" cat hair or two!

Please launder prior to use if you have allergies to cats or dogs. Just looking out for you and your family as we appreciate your patronage so very much.

We are more than happy to bundle items up to save on shipping cost. So feel free to browse our store to see if there is any thing else you would also like to purchase so we can combine shipping. We can also refund the difference in shipping separately if you purchase multiple separate items!

We typically ship within 3 business days (not including Sundays and holidays) after your payment has  cleared. Normally shipments are scheduled for twice a week with pickup on Mondays and Thursdays or Friday.

If you need the item to be mailed ASAP please message us and we will do our best to ship next day or even same day!

We try our best to keep the shipping cost as low as we can. When possible we will ship items in a box (to protect the item) then place the box in a polymailer for shipping. Most plush and clothing will be mailed in a polymailer with out a box.

Please verify your address during checkout as we will NOT be held responsible for incorrect addresses that our buyer has input into their account incorrectly.

Most of our listings have a “Make an Offer” setup. We are negotiable on many of our items so please do not hesitate to send an offer but please respect our set price.

We do accept returns however you will be responsible for the shipping of a returned item. Once item is received by us we will issue refund upon inspection of item and item is identified as the item we initially sold. We have special identifiers on each item.

If item is received broken, all claims will be handled through eBay. No partial refunds will be approved.
