Perfect for leveled/lifted applications where the arms function at an increased operating angle, these new adventure series arms use a repositioned ball joint mount to correct ball joint binding issues that lead to premature ball joint wear. The arms are fabricated from 1/8" steel plate, boxed and fully-welded with CNC machined ball joint and bushing cups. Arms are fully assembled for quick, easy installation right out of the box. We provide manufacturer's warranty on all products that we sell.
In order to qualify for warranty you need to provide us with detailed pictures of the issue and a description of what is happening.
We then send this information to manufacturer for their decision either to grant or reject the warranty.
If warranty is granted we need the item to be sent back with return instructions provided. Once delivered and inspected we then send out a replacement.
Shipping is paid by the BUYER both ways to and from manufacturer for all warranty issues.
If you need a replacement before sending out a defective item (ex: replacing a shock absorber) we will take a refundable deposit for an item and ship the replacement and issue a refund once you send us back the defective item and manufacturer approves the warranty.

In case of our fault we provide a free replacement or a full refund with prepaid return shipping. Item must be shipped back and in transit before we ship a replacement item to you.
Items must be returned within the stated time frame in the same condition as we sent them. Any product you return must be in new, unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the hardware, ties, bushings, additional items and documentation that were included when you received it.

A buyer can request a cancellation up to an hour after the transaction, as long as the seller has not shipped the item.
Orders that are canceled after they are processed and packaged for shipment will be charged a rerouting fee.
For packages that are refused at the time of delivery all return shipping fees will be deducted from the return credit.

Attention!

• Some or all packages we ship may require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If on the 3rd attempt no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for all return shipping to us and any charges to re-ship the package back to you
