These lamps are for use in many types of Standard, Super and Dual 8mm Editor/Viewer.

They have filaments with only a very slight curve which makes it easier to "line-up" with the illumination system of the Editor/Viewer and ensures even light coverage of the viewing screen which cannot be achieved with cheap similar looking motorcycle tail bulbs as these have a very curved filament!
