Exhaust manufactured by Vance & Hines, modified according to EC regulations with EC/ABE-approved baffle cartridges. This makes the Thorcat a 100% legal exhaust system. The 'Anarchy' 2-2 starts out as a regular set of Vance & Hines Shortshots Staggered before being modified with a Thorcat 'X Torque' crossover system between the head tubes. The result is a significant improvement in torque and a uniquely deep exhaust sound that meets the noise levels required for EC approval. Features stepped headers from 1-3/4" to a 2-1/2" muffler body and 220° coverage the full length of the heat shields that are virtually invisible.

Thorcat are original Vance & Hines exhaust systems that have been modified by replacing the original baffle with a Thorcat EC/ABE approved cartridge baffle and a catalytic converter has also been added. The cartridge baffles and catalytic converters are welded in place and cannot be removed. For which bikes does the approval apply? The EC/ABE certificate applies to unmodified series bikes, for the specific models and years of construction mentioned in the product descriptions. Register your Thorcat? Each Thorcat exhaust and the individual components used for approval come with a unique serial number. You must provide the VIN (VIN) of the bike in order to register your exhaust system in the Thorcat registry; a document on how to do this is included. After registration, you will receive a Thorcat ID card, which you can use to prove the legality of your exhaust system.
