Vintage Folk Art Hand Carved & Painted Bird in
Metal Bird Cage.
Cage measures 12 1/2" tall and has a six-sided base that is 6 1/2" wide, the bird appears to be 6 1/2" tall and is mounted on a tree stomp, I have been informed that although it is not signed the carving of the bird appears to be by Walter Gottshall because of the softness of the birds carved face, in beautiful condition, cage has 2 openings (see pics) carving is in excellent condition, very unique collectible will display extremely well, can be hung
from a hook or sit on a tabletop,
