All parts, where possible, are tested prior to removal and supplied in good condition. If part is faulty then full refund will always be given, or if possible, replacement part supplied. Our part will need to be returned and checked and our security markings verified before refund can be applied. In the unlikely event the part arrives damaged or broken and can be shown that damage occurred in transit, then full refund will be given. 

We do not accept claims for labour costs.
