My husband owned a local small vintage vinyl record and CD music store. I have inherited his leftover stock and will be listing everything on eBay slowly but surely. There are multiple copies of everything. My knowledge is limited but I'm doing the best I can so please contact me for any issues. Negative feedback will hurt my process.
We found a case of these CDs labeled doctor Ebbets  Brazilian Edition BTL-1009 in my husband's storage bin. This is the Beatles Hey Jude in mono . It is a dr. Ebbetts Brazilian mono Edition. From the research my son-in-law did for me, this album was never released in mono in the United States or the UK. We were well into the stereo format by then. Other countries were still using mono format so Hey Jude was released in many South American countries in mono on vinyl only in 1970. So this is an unofficial version as it was never officially released onto compact disc. Supposedly, some of these tracks are rare in mono. The disc and artwork look great and the sound quality is excellent also. I am keeping one for myself and I took pictures for the listing. It comes in a standard size plastic jewel case with original front and rear album artwork. CD is new and sealed.
