We offer a FREE engraving service on the front of silver plaque, engraving is done in "Verdana" font and is centralised.
We engrave our items with high quality diamond tipped engraving machines to produce the highest quality engraving, for which we are proud of.
All engraving is done in house so it will not slow your delivery period down and all orders will be dispatched within 1 business day via royal mail 48.

No emojis are requested (although we can engrave symbols like accents and hearts).

Returns
We do not accept returns on engraved items that are misspelled, UNLESS, the mistake is ours at which point we will send a replacement straight away.
If the item is faulty or damaged please get in touch with us and we can arrange a replacement.
Please note; we do not accept change of mind returns on personalised products because once personalised they cannot be re-sold therefore if there is a possibility that you may wish to return your purchases please do not personalise it.
