Preowned vintage. Worn paint, some small chips around base. Worn felt on bottom. Terra cotta clay or ceramic inside and not glazed so probably just decorative. 

 Brandy one is red, white, green and black and 

 other one is green and brown sponged 10 1/2" tall.
