Any marks on the front/back of cards is a reflection from lighting and not on the actual card. All cards valued at $30 & up will be mailed in a bubble mailer. All others are mailed in standard ebay envelope. Please check out all my other listings. I have many of the top rookie cards available!

The card is pulled from the pack and put in a top loader, and in excellent shape in my opinion, but you need to view the picture and make the final decision for yourself.
