Please use the Personalization at the top of this listing to send the information to be printed on your labels: Name, Address, City, State, Zip, or Your Personal Message. Also the the text alignment you want: Align Left or Align Center. If you miss this please use "Contact Seller."
If not received, the name and address provided by eBay shipping labels will be used.
