It is a very elegant beaded buttons with a diamond-like shape design made of 3 sizes of glass pearl beads with gold color rhinestone rondelles around the center.
The back side has a shank for sewing/beading. The shank is part of the base of the button which is attached to the beaded portion of the button. It can be removed by unbending 4 prongs with a large needle, pin or awl (see photos) in case you want to glue the beaded section instead of using it as a button.
