RETURNS

If you would like to return your item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.

SHIPPING

We use Canada Post non-tracked, shipping letter mail shipping within Canada but can no longer ship items o this type to buyers outside Canada by letter mail as they are being returned to us by the postal system. We have had to switch to small packet (non-tracked) air mail shipping to buyers outside Canada, however we can often ship as many as 3 similar items in the same parcel for the cost of shipping one. If you are purchasing more than one item please don't pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE CONFIRM CALCULATED SHIPPING WITH US. THE CALCULATOR ISN'T ALWAYS ACCURATE, WE MAY BE ABLE TO SHIP TO YOU FOR LESS- OR NOT AT ALL.
Tracking is NOT included in the shipping cost but is strongly encouraged for our mutual peace of mind. Tracked shipping is available at the buyer's request and expense We do our best to ship within 3 postal business days of receiving payment but are trying to limit our trips to the post office to twice weekly. We are not able to ship to some areas, if you don't see a shipping cost please confirm with us whether we are able to ship to you. Delivery date estimates are just that, factors beyond our control can cause items to arrive later than estimated.
