Rare French Art Nouveau Carved Swallow Brooch/Pin.

A wonderful Antique brooch carved from bull horn in a Swallow in flight design.

Beautiful quality, very detailed carved feather design, translucent, thin and light in weight.

C clasp back pin.

Sadly the tip of its tail has snapped off in the past. Also please note that there is a faint crack at the back which hasn't affected the front, please view the pictures.

Possibly made by Elizabeth Bonte and George Pierre who were the main artists working in this medium during the Art Nouveau era.

Measures :- 8.5cm x 2cm.
