-To qualify for live arrival, make sure you select  Hold for Pick Up and add your phone number in the check out notes. The post office will ship your order to the closest USPS office to your home where you will pick up. Orders shipping this way are described as alive and come with a Live Arrival Guarantee. Its the smart choice!

 Hold for Pick up orders where temperature lows are 45 or below and temperature highs are 85 or above are not eligible for live arrival guarantee. These orders are subject to cancelation without a notification message, if time allows we will attempt to message you.

-Select No hold and receive them at your home at your own risk. You will get them but not guaranteed alive! This option is great for experienced shippers and customers that don't need alive insects. Shipping directly to your address is risky, and the risk is too great for us to guarantee. The No Hold option is described as not alive if you want them alive with a guarantee order with hold for pick up!

No shipping to Florida, Alaska, Virgin Island, US territories or Hawaii due to laws.

Shipping Schedule: We ship nationwide Mon-Wed at noon. 

All orders processed after Wednesday at noon will be sent the following Monday.

Live Arrival Information

Live Arrival Guarantee Policy(LAG):

 1. Please know your temperatures, if below 45° or above 85° Hold at Post Office MUST BE ADDED (message us through Ebay). If below 45° a heat pack needs to be added. If over 85° a cool pack needs to be added. Weather Underground is the only accepted source for temperatures.

2. If there is a problem or DOA* with your order notify us within 1 hour of shipment, retain the order box, insect/animal, etc. All orders are over packed to compensate for injuries in shipping.

3. Someone must be home to accept the package, guarantees are void if no one is available to accept package and its left outside or in a hot/cold mailbox.

6. Shipping charges do apply to all replacement orders and returns. MARKED NO HOLD. Free Replacement with Hold

7. Orders not following the above listed  policies will receive live animals, at your own risk with no LAG.

7. All orders are packed over bought quantity to compensate for small groups of insects injured or killed during shipping or transit. 

8. Ebay Dead Animal Picture Policy: We must have CLEAR pictures that shows DEAD animals. Remove the animals and place them on their backs on a Paper Towel or White Paper. Write your eBay User Name on the Paper. Take the picture so we are able to count the animals. You will be refunded or replaced for the amount pictured dead. This rule was started in collaboration with eBay Seller support due to the high amount of fraudulent returns on eBay.
