OUTSTANDING MATERIAL

flat boxes hold up to 30% more joint compound than standard flat boxes. Flat boxes feature a premium grade aluminum housing that has been hard-coat anodized for extreme durability and easy cleaning. They are fitted with a flexible brass blade holder and a stainless steel blade

SPRING ASSISTED

Spring assisted with an improved wiper on the pressure plate, combined with a smooth pivoting hinge axle, making this one of the easiest drywall flat finisher boxes to operate. It features a handy finger pull on the pressure door that makes fill-ups quicker and easier.

ADJUSTABLE CROWN DIAL

Adjustable crown dial ensures the precise amount of mud. A flat box is used in conjunction with a flat box handle to efficiently apply a crowned, feathered coat of joint compound over taped joints on walls and ceilings. A crown adjustment dial provides 5 settings, so the ideal amount of compound can be dispensed on the wall to ensure consistent, professional results.

EASY CLEANING

flat boxes have a premium composite pressure plate seal and beveled edges on the box housing ensure easy open and close. The pressure plate itself also opens extra wide for easy cleaning. They are outfitted with non-marring wheels with durable bearings for ultra-smooth operation。This box also comes standard with new Flat Box Bumpers. These fit over the skids and provide a bumper to prevent the blade from catching or scraping an adjacent surface. An added advantage is that these bumpers will help protect the brass blade holder from damage as they sit just proud of the blade.

FEATHERED TO PERFECTION

fficiently applies an even, consistent layer of joint compound to taped flat and butt joints on walls and ceilings. Joint edges are feathered to perfection. Flexible brass blade holder and SS blade allows for proper compound application and crown.

WIDLY USE

Flat Box can be used for a variety of tasks including coating beads (external, internal or splayed) coating screw indentations and filling flat recess joints. The 10” Flat Box has the usual wheel axle with the wheels running inside the blade width.
