This locomotive was built in 1912 by Orenstein & Koppel of Germany.

Its serial number is 5885.

At the time of the opening of the Arida Railway in Wakayama, it was called #1 and was in charge of transporting mandarin oranges, a specialty of Wakayama, to the port.

Later it was sold to Tobu Railway and operated by Tobu Railway.

It is now preserved under the name "Baby Loco" at Johoku Kotsu Park in Itabashi, Tokyo.

This model is a replica of the "Baby Loco" preserved in Johoku Kotsu Park.
