In US order unlimited additional CDs or DVDs at no extra shipping cost (mailed by media mail).

International orders a second regular single disc CD ships at no extra shipping cost (or without cases up to four more standard single CDs may ship at no extra shipping cost). INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please notify us if you want the order shipped without cases and request an invoice so we can accurately provide the shipping cost for multiple items.
