Made in England, by C J Vander Silver, this Dinner Fork is in Fiddle Thread and Shell pattern.  Hallmarks on the back of the handle are:  A1, B, &, a T with 2 symbols, a symbol or letter?, and one other which resembles a 3-leaf clover.   (These hallmarks are shown up close in the 3rd photo.)  The capital letters are all in Olde English style.
The "shell", or plume is on both the front and the back of the handle tip, as well as on the back of the fork plate, below the tines.

Measurements are:  length:  7 3/16 inches;
                                width at the widest part of the tines:  15/16 inch.
                                Plume length:  7/8 inch; Plume width:  11/16 inch.
                                weight:  2.2 ounces

Used, this fork is in good condition.
